check out ebay seller "SHAMAN15" he has a leather BK7 on now. he makes a very nice sheath I have purchased several for other knives

I've been looking for one for about a year now, no luck. If you find one let us know. I still think it would be a good idea for KaBar to produce a leather sheath for the BK-7 and 9 because I really hate these nylon sheaths that they come with and I don't have enough money to spend $100+ on a custom sheath, I'm probably just going to end up making one myself.

I think you will find Harry Savages sheaths very reasonable at about $60 for a custom sheath. and top quality. check out his website at http://www.savagemadesheaths.com/

I think I'll follow your idea and attempt to make one myself. The nylon sheath is pretty crappy and I'm not a fan of kydex. I have a RAT RC-4 that I use in a Buck Ergohunter leather sheath, fits perfect. I'm just having trouble locating any sheath that will fit the BK7 that won't break the bank right now...

Hey Sawyer, Check out the Sheaths & Such forum. You will find plenty of information about making your own sheath and if you deside not to do it your self, you'll find some makers that can do it for good prices.
