Leather sheath for CS Bowie's

I have long been disgusted with Cold steel's choice to offer their premium knives with a SUCKure-ex sheath. Lynn talks about how great the SUCKure-ex sheath is, and then proceeds to draw his Laredo from a leather sheath with the stop stud. Does anyone offer these older style sheaths, that doesn't cost as much as the knife?

With a little practice and some research , its easy enough to make your own!

You’ll have to accept a generic sheath or make your own if you want it to be less expensive than a CS knife.

If it was easy to make quality sheaths for these popular models, some smart guy would do it and make a profit.

Here's one I made for the Drop Forged Survivalist. It includes my special no-cut strap mechanism. Its much more elegant and permanent than the elastic strap that Hedge Hog trade marked. I can't find my pics of the Recon Scout sheath. I just started messing around with leather in the 90s and started making holsters band sheaths. Its actually an easy process and only requires some basic tools. Its time consuming, but worth it. Arthritis several limits my leather work now, but I occasionally make something if I need it bad enough.
