There has been some talk lately asking about sheaths so I thought I would take a few pics of some of the leather sheaths I have.

Here are a few from Dwayne. www.armoralleather.com

Here are some from Kenny Rowe. www.rowesleather.com

From utility to fancy, you can't go wrong with these guys.

I would love to see what you guys have. Be sure to say who made them so the makers can get the credit they deserve.

Another of the HACK Bear Cub sheath. This one rides with me every day, and has 2 rare earth magnets in it to back up the leather retention 'system' Chuck incorporates into his sheaths. Works great!:

The thing that I've always noticed from Chuddy Bear is that he seems to strive to make each sheath better than the last...and his work just keeps getting better & better!

This one is from Paul Long (sheathmaker here on BF.com). He also makes some incredible sheaths. When I scored this sweet SARsquatch custom variant at BLADE 2010, Joe (JParanee) suggested I get with Mr. Long for its sheath and I'm glad I did. I think it looks fantastic on this knife!

Do you guys leave your fancy Busses inside those leather sheaths? I understand users but some of those look pretty nice. If so, do you put anything on the blade as a protectant? Thanks

Great looking sheaths. I just need some more busse's so I can buy some more sheaths. Keep the pics coming.

I really love leather sheaths, one day I will have to order one with some intensely detailed tooling.

I leave satin finished INFI in leather, but that's because it is easy to remove any discoloration that might occur from leather on satin finishes. Leather doesn't seem to bother coated knives.
But DCBB, with the exception of one user, I do not. The one user has a few faint spots that I assume may have been from the sheath and I can't remove them without affecting the finish.

HOLY POUCH-SHEATH BATMAN!!!

That is one AWESOME sheath!

I can see the Hack sheath??? Leatherman Micra, sharpener and firesteel, but what are the other pouches???

.

Wow there are some amazing sheaths out there. I need to get on the ball and get some sheaths for my knives. Those gator back sheaths are freaking awesome. Thanks for sharing them T.

Compass pouch and the other smaller one holds a small plastic dry box to hold tinder for fire starting or anything else you need to keep dry.
