Title says it all… is there a strap that matches it well? I like a distressed brown look… hopefully -100 dollars?

In this case, I'd recommend going custom and having something made to your specs. There was a guy on here a while back, made leather watch straps out of old WW2 messenger type bags, looked really nice, distressed and tough.

I'd also check the watchuseek forum. Monsters are pretty popular over there and I've seen guys with some really nice (custom) leather straps. I've got smaller wrists so personally prefer the metal straps on my watches.

Keep us posted on the strap you get, with pics of course! I love Seiko Monsters, got a black one and 2 NEO Monsters.

I assume you're referring to the Black Monster?

Try Panatime (google will get you there) They have a Memorial Day sale and their stuff is top notch and well within your range. You can get a coupl!

Probably going with Panatime! Thanks for everyones input! I'll get a custom when I can.
Edit: Nevermind, Panatime doesn't carry for Seiko as far as I see.

As long as it's the right size (e.g. 18mm/20mm/24mm) you should be fine. I believe the Monster uses a 20mm band. You can also get a thicker band, and notch it down to fit, if you are crafty.

Believe the Seiko Monster is 20mm.

I'm one who thinks a dive watch just doesn't look right on a premium leather, reptile, or ostrich strap. Maybe ok on a shark or ray skin strap depending on the dye of the strap.

i think it'll look well in regards to my skin color as well…. #yellowneck haha

I don't know why anyone would want to replace the SS monster bracelet; to me it's more impressive than the watch...

I prefer a nylon strap for my Monster. Seems to breath well, dries in minutes when wet, and is more comfortable than the original.
