Leather Strop and compounds?????

Just got a CF BWM in the mail and am pretty floored. It looks great, but am looking online at leather strops. Anyone got any advice on what works the best on Infi Convex edges (strops, sand paper grits, compounds?) Any advice is much appreciated.

I use the Bark River paddle with their compounds .... knivesshipfree.com has them .... I wrap a long bit of paracord round the handle and use that to anchor it to my thigh when out doors ... or for that matter just sat on the couch .... it seems to work well with the green compound .... I have'nt needed the darker harsher one ....

+1 to the Bark River compounds. However, I use the black more, and only use the green for touch-ups.

Of course you can buy a strip of leather at Tandy and glue it to a board.

those are all nice, i appreciate it, the jre industries strop bat looks cool for the money because it has 4 sides to it
