Hi, I am looking to replicate the leather wrap found on the Ontario Air Force Survival knife. Does anyone know what product/process is used for this wrap?

It's not hard. Make (or buy) leather pieces, cut out the centers, and stack them onto the tang. Press them tightly down with the pommel, secure it, and rasp/file grind the handle to shape- abrading in one direction only.
Some people epoxy the leather pieces together, but that's not necessary.

Many knife suppliers, and some leather suppliers, sell the washers with the center already cut out. I used to buy them in bags of 100 from an online supplier for about $30.
