LM is pretty good about just mailing parts if you need them.
They won't send a part if they feel the user can't replace it easily and retain the integrity of the product.

I lost the tiny screwdriver bit in my Wave (this kind). I e-mailed Leatherman and was told they wouldn't sell me just that one bit, that I had to go buy the Bit Kit.

UPDATE: The above-referenced exchange happened in March. But I just checked the Leatherman site and it looks like they're now selling a set of US Replacement Bits for just $5 + shipping. You get:

(2) Phillips #1-2 and Screwdriver 3/16"
(1) Screwdriver 1/8|" and Torx #15
(2) Phillips #1 and #2
(2) Phillips and Flat Tip Eyeglasses Screwdriver
(2) Screwdrivers 1/4" and 3/16"

Looks like a pretty good deal.
