Leatherman 154CM Cutter Inserts

My set of replacement wire cutter inserts for my LM Rebar arrived today. I ordered set 930350, the Rebar isn't even listed on the "compatible with" list, on the back of the package. The tools that are listed as compatible are: MUT, Super Tool 300, Surge and OHT. Will these work with my Rebar, or do I now have to buy myself a Super Tool 300 now?.

I searched the product number on the LM website, but it doesn't bring up any results. In the bottom left corner of the cardboard insert, on the back side, it says: ©2014 Leatherman Tool Group, Inc 905507 0414.

Doubtful. I made a comparison between them. At first, I thought they were the same, but with a closer look it appears the Rebar inserts are just a bit smaller than the ST 300's. It's only a millimeter or so difference, but I don't think the parts are interchangeable. You could call or email Leatherman CS for confirmation on this.

On Leathermans website the Rebar and ST300 wire cutters are all the same. You should be good, but maybe i'm missing something.

Well, that should settle the matter. Maybe it's an optical illusion based on the different size of plier jaws, but the Rebar cutters still look slightly smaller to me.

I got a quick reply back from Customer Service, and was told that they should work. They also apologized for the inconvenience. I bought the kit in order to have a backup if ever needed down the road. Currently my wire cutters are in excellent shape, so there's no need to replace them.

Regarding the info on the website about the Replacement Kit. I had looked at it many times prior to making the order. It doesn't have a part number on the product page, and like I said before, there was no reference to the Rebar on the back of the package that I received either.
