Anyone know of a leather pouch for the Leatherman Charge? I'm not thrilled with the nylon and velcro.

Actually, I have a friend who bought a leather sheath from Leatherman for his charge, and he said that the leather sheath was a joke. He had it for 3 months, and it fell apart! He did everything he knew to take care of it. I have actually read about this same problem many other people have had with the same holster. The Nylons are tough, and work great IMO, but each has their own taste of how they wanna carry. If you can find someone who has an old sheath, like the ones they made back 15 years ago, that would be your best bet. If not, i might suggest a leather sheath from a folder you don't use much. I know there are some websites you can go too and they will custom make them and they will last! Or you can buy the pocket clip and carry it in your front pocket. That is what I plan on doing soon. Until then though, the nylon sheath to my wave has been tough as hell! They have the hole in the bottom where you can carry them in the open position, and a slot on each side to carry a mini maglite, and a pocket in the back to store the screwdriver bit kit, if you decide to buy it.

Actually Leatherman makes a really great looking sheath for the Knife h502, it's all leather and has none of that stretch fabric in there. You can find it in the knife section, here is what it looks like.

I bought the Charge with the leather sheath included and it has held up very well for me. It is one of my EDCs (work also) and gets snagged and abused at times. Have had it for 6 months now with no problems.

Wow, that is nice, but do they make it for the Charge though?

Same here. My Charge TTi came with the leather sheath. Haven't had any problems with it so far. It feels very sturdy.

There was a recent post by someone who is using this sheath for his Surge. Possibly it would work with a Charge, as well. An email to Leatherman customer service might confirm this.

I have the nylon sheath that came with my wave, and i also bought a a basic nylon sheath from leatherman that doesn't have the stretchy sides. I use it when working in the yard, because my sheath that came with the wave has holes in the bottom, which allow for dust and leave and grass fragments to get in the oiled pivot points and "gunks" them up so to speak. I have nothing against leather sheaths, but its the environment im in all the time why I don't like to carry them. For one, they ride high on my, and it always rubs my side, and when I sweat, it gets discolored where I carry it, and 2, I often carry my tool in places where the sheath gets abused and wet sometimes, like when I am hunting. My sheath to my old timer is made of leather, and it has luckily made it for 16 years in the woods, but I never used it for EDC. I am afraid of putting money into a leather sheath and it break or ruin in less than a year. In fact, I have read on many sites where people prefer nylon, including the military, because it can take the abuse, and get wet without having to worry. If it gets wet, you can throw it in the dryer. Like I said at one time though, each has their own as to what they like as far as carry. In the next 2 weeks I plan on buying the pocket clip, so I won't be having to worry about using a sheath until I go hunting.
