Leatherman Charge XTI any good?

Hi ,I am looking for a new multitool for EDC. The one I use now is a Supertool. I like the looks and blade material of the Leatherman Charge XTI but is it as good as it looks?
Hope there is someone who can give me some advice.

there are 3 main problems ive seen,

-many of the tips of the pliers dont grip, only the mid section does (mine is like that, and it does bug you when you try to grip paper etc)
-the scissors close open, wich is kind of dangerous if your not careful
-the tool bits fit differently from bit to bit, and often not tightly, so some of them fall out when open (my eyeglass bit does that, almost lost it a few times, and to my knowledge you cant get replacements)

other then that, its great. i consider it an upgrade from the wave.
