Leatherman Core Problem Please Respond

Ok so on my leatherman core on the straight blade side when you like flick the handles do all the blades come out? like i was flipping it open and all the blades came out and i had a cut so deep all the way to the muscle. is there a way to tighten the screws
 
I got cut right on the index finger.. i was flipping it out to screw in my new streamlight flashlight and i probably needed stitches but i put cayenne pepper on it ( stops blood instantly) and put a butterfly closure on it and just wrapped duct tape around it and I will check on it in about a week or two
