Leatherman Crunch different models?

I'm Christmas shopping for someone that wants a Leatherman Crunch. Amazon.com shows the following different models:

Leatherman 68010101K $71.30
Leatherman 68010103H $79.95

The two items look identical in every way except the model numbers are different and if you squint real hard at the pictures there is a couple minor cosmetic differences. How many different Crunch models are actually out there and what are the differences?

I think the tool is the same just a different kind of sheath most likely.

The less expensive one is sold by Amazon, the other by a vendor.

Far as I can tell they are the same item.

I have a crunch but I'm not aware of multiple models or variations although I could be wrong. RickJ is probably right, my best guess would also be that the difference will be in the sheath.
