Today I was working in the garage and I broke the pliers on my supper tool. I was kinda supprised when it happened . How is their customer service? anyone have an address for me to mail it too ? How is their customer service dept ?

Hi,
I had a Leatherman wave I sent back. It was over a year old and was looking preaty rough. They replaced it with a new one with no questions asked.
I received the new one two weeks from the day I mailed my old one to them.
I mailed my old one to them priority mail with delivery confirmation number. I emailed them a week after I mailed it asking about it and they replied that day to my email saying they had received it and that it would be shipped back to me soon.
I was very happy when I received the new one.

A coworker broke the blade on his Sideclip, and they sent him a new one.
My old roommate sent in his PST (to have a tool reground or something) that he's had for over ten years, and they sent him a new one.
Sounds like a broken record...

My dad and brother had 4 broken leathermans. A Crunch with the blade snapped off, a PST that broke in half at the pliers, a Supertool that had many broken blades, And my brother's ABUSED Supertool(Jaw ripped off from being in vise, handle dented in from being used as an anvil, somehow the handles got offset, and just about every blade broken off). I did not expect them to replace this one and told them it was abused. I put it in the box with the rest, figure they could get a laugh out of it(I was just going to throw it out). 2 weeks later I get 4 new leathermans, 1 Crunch, 1 PST, and 2 Supertools. I was really suprised they replaced my brother's Supertool.
The Leatherman customer service is excellent! I am going to stick with Leatherman multitools after seeing how good there warranty is. I have not had to send any of my leathermans in, they are still in great condition.
