I just picked one of these up from REI the other day. Price was $79.85.
The blade has no play and is a nice size and spear point looking shape, it came just sharp enough to shave hair. The pivot is user adjustable and the blade is supported by nylon washers. The hook is well made and has a little up/down play, the screwdriver also has no play and solidly clicks into place, but doesn't lock. The pocket clip, however, has a good amount of side to side play. The metal scales are polished, but have visible machining marks.
After using the hook to open a few bottles I like it. It's easy to use and the little spring latch hold the bottle cap so it doesn't go flying.
The flipper is neat, though you have to practice a bit with it as sometimes it doesn't open the blade fully.
The bits are typical L-man Wave/Charge/Surge bits, it comes with three, one in the driver and two in the handle. The bit closest to the handle end kinda bites into the hand.
Quality wise I feel it is equel to CRKT or maybe Benchmade redline.
All in all, it isn't a bad knife. It isn't quite a SAK and it is more knife than traditional multi-tool. If you are looking for something like a Sideclip or Kick, but would trade the pliers for a better blade steel than this is for you.
