Well I have gotten the new Fuse and so far am very impressed. It is just like the PST II minus the file. The new plier heads are just like the ones on the Charge and the handles have the zytel inserts. The sheaths on mine is nylon and has leatherman on the top and a new logo on the botton side. The locks really make this tool. Hope this is some help.
