wow I've noticed a lot of multitool posts here so i'll add one more. I'm not a big fan of multi tools because I firmly believe in using the right tool for the right job (and i'm never usually very far from a well equiped toolbox) but I bought myself a Leatherman Juice this week with my christmas money. Is anyone out there carrying one on a daily basis and what method are you using since it does not come with a pouch or sheath? does anyone make kydex or concealex or anyotherex sheaths for the Juice yet? maybe this will be the perfect time to finally give Gary Graley some business as I have been wanting to get a sheath from him and haven't found the right set up yet.

also does anyone know what a monkey knot is and how to tie one?

Brandon,
If I were you I would go with G2 (Gary Graley). He is the best leathersmith around for folding knives and multi-tools. I have the Juice, too (the larger one) and I bought a SAK sheath at the sports shop where I bought my juice and the small SAK sheath fits perfectly and they're well done and attractive. Cost only about $10. But if you don't mind parting with your tool for a bit, I'd send it to G2.

Think I'll order an XE6, and I carry my multitool in my front left pocket. A monkey fist is used to tie a weight in the end of a rope, to aid in throwing over a distance. Never had to tie one, but I've got a knot-tying book just in case.(You just never know....)

I'm with Greg, Kodiak, on this one, that SAK sheath would be much more economical and should last you quite a while as well. I don't own one of those so I'd need yours for a fit up, so shipping alone is a nuisance...Thanks Greg good advice!
Happy New Year guys and gals!

Although a sheath for a Juice would be nice, the great advantage of a Juice is that it is so small that it can carried in the pocket much likan an SAK or Scout pattern knife. I have the CS4 model, and it fits in the pocke quite well. The only disadvantage to pocket carry is that the nice aluminum scales will get scratched. That is too bad, but this is a multitool, not a gents knife, a scratch just means it's getting used.

I carry mine in my coin pocket, I can fit a few coins in my wallet and when it gets too full I give them all to a homeless person :P

A hint if you use the SAK pouch: Stuff a crumpled piece of paper down into the pouch. Otherwise the Juice will drop so deeply into the pouch it will be tough to withdraw it.

To solve that problem I just tied a fob onto the lanyard hold attachment (that's folded into the tool) using a scaffold knot and it works great.

But I have an idea! I don't usually like clips on my knives. I like the convenience though. My good friend Allen Elishewitz has came up with a great carry item called the "kangaroo pouch". It is a nylon pouch with plastic clip that works like the William Henry clipcase. When in your pocket it looks just like a pager or little phone. They are available in small and large and I use mine for many different knives and like it! Price is great too. For more info visit: Eleshewitz knife accessories
