Leatherman Juice?

They are pretty cool - I like the Xe6 Thunder.

I find that most multitools are too bulky to carry in anything other than a sheath. These are perfect for pocket carry, and you can decide which tools you do or don't want by choosing between the five dift models.

Pretty cool - good for kids as well.

That looks like a great multi-tool. Thanks for the picture Spark. I think I am going to have to get one of these.

Hoping to get a Glacier soon for daily carry and a Supertool 200 for heavy use. Better hurry since I gave my Pulse away as a gift.

Anyone know if the small SAK screwdriver will fit into a Juice corkscrew?

I thought I was the only gadget nut that had thought of that...yes it does fit. I carry the Glacier every day now and the first thing that I did was put the mini screwdriver in the corkscrew.

Gotta stick my two cents in here. These a good solid tools for their size. I have used the Glacier for a couple of weeks and haven't had any of the tools close on me even when I put a good deal of pressure on them. I also have the Supertool 200. Another great tool but you gotta get another Pulse...........

Thanks, Gadgetman. Do you have a Pulse? How does to Glacier compare as far as size. Is it easier to carry in the pocket? I had started carrying my Pulse in my back pocket vertically right up next to my wallet. I thought it worked well.

Is it just me or does the Xe6 Thunder look like it's somewhat lacking in the screwdriver department?

I saw some in a display case at EMS. They do look small enough for pocket carry. I've been dragging my wife along in my gear mania, and she wants the Juice model with the most stuff. So do I. Looks like we'll be buying two Xe6's in a while.

Yes, I have a Pulse. The Glacier is considerably shorter. Probably a little over an inch shorter. The Glacier and the Pulse are almost exactly the same thickness. If you try to carry the Juice tools in your back pocket they may be too short to stand up straight. (Haven't tried that.) The Glacier carries fine in my front pocket. I carry it in dress clothes but change back to a Pulse or Supertool 200 in jeans. The Juice tools don't seem to be designed for really heavy work but they are very good at typical fixes around home or in an office setting.

Just as a note. All of the Juice tools have the same four screwdrivers. Three slotted and one Philips.

I know the juice series was designed as sort of a subsitute SAK, to be carried in the pocket instead of on the belt. However that Xe6 Thunder looks a tad heavy to me. What's that, almost seven ounces? Has anyone actually carried the Xe6 or any of the other models? I'm curious about how comfortable they are to carry.

The Thunder is a little heavy but it is more compact than the Swisschamp.(I think that this is what it was designed to replace.) I have carried the Glacier for about two weeks in dress pants and don't find it to be too heavy. The Thunder is a little heavy for dress pants but works fine in jeans. If you're really concerned about the weight try the CS 2. I have one of those as well and you hardly even notice it.
