Recommendation? Leatherman Klamath loose screw How do I fix it? Solved!

The screws shown in the photo do not fit the body properly. The two parts of the screw fit together completely tightened, but they play inside the handle of the knife. Anyone have Klamath? Has anyone had a similar problem?
I cut the screw and shortened it. Thanks to this, it was completely stuck.
