Leatherman OHT vs. Gerber Flik

First of all let me say I'm open to other options, and I am not confined to the price point of the following two devices.

I am looking to offhand (Left) carry my multi-tool / Surefire TL2 in Ripoffs combo holster CO-75. The tools I use most in order 1) Knife 2) Pliers Wire Cutters 3) Scissors 4) Bit Driver. I already have the Leatherman bits and extender, and I like the assisted open of the smaller tools on the OHT. But the Gerber Flik knife looks so much better and the scissors get good reviews.

I'm torn, which direction would you go?

Any help from people who have used both? How about modding the Gerber to have a bit driver?

Looks like I'm headed into uncharted waters, I'll let you guys know what works best for me, if anyone is interested.

Havent tried the gerber as I dont care for anything they make, but I did buy a LM OHT and didnt like it at all so I returned it. It was heavy and the tools were stubby, and I hated the sliding pliers. It doenst have scissors either.

If you want a Leatherman, the charge/wave series are really their best offering. My personal favorites are the big boy Victorinox swisstools. Sprit x for a mini, and full size x for a big sheath carry.
