Do I really just send it in? Their site says to send it in with a note about the problem, but most other places would have you contact them for a box or something to send it in.
 
Hi there-
Yes, you really can just send it into our place in your own packaging with a note that tells us what the problem is. We suggest that you send it insured (UPS does this automatically for up to $100) as we are not liable until it gets to our building. We will take care of sending it back to you (insured) once we fix or replace the tool. Make sure to include where you want it sent back to – a street address as we send everything UPS.
