Leatherman Sideclip help please

My only leatherman a sideclip has something that bothers me. If I hold the tool in my hand one of the handeles can be opened by just swinging the handle.(does that make sense?)

I would just like to know how can I tighten the handle a bit so it is more sturdy.

I was reading somewhere here about special Torx bits that you need for Leatherman. 5 star and 6 star bits. The 5 star bits are really hard to get.
