They're actually 2 different versions of the Suspension. One is made in China, one is made in Taiwan. The Taiwan made one is of better quality. I'd take the Suspension over the Sidekick.

I have the one from Taiwan, good quality, nice snap to the spring assisted pliers, does everything I've ever asked of it. Id take the suspension, especially due to the ergonomics of the handle, really smooth and fit like a glove.
