I just picked one of these up, because they were only $30 and it's been years since I tried something different. I couldn't be happier.
It has a one hand opening knife blade that locks open with a linerlock, while the tool is closed/folded up. The blade is 3" or so, hollow ground from 420 stainless. My blade has crappy grinds that don't match from one side to the other, but it cuts fine. I think the steel is on the soft side, it took a razor edge as fast as a Vic' SAK, and I'm betting it won't last very long through use. The blade has a phosphor bronze washer to make the pivot smooth and stable, and it is.
The only other tools are the pliars/wire cutter and a screwdriver with replaceable bits. It comes with a double Phillips and double flathead bit, the spare has a little compartment inside of the MT for storage. It also has a pocket clip.
The tool uses long springs, like the mechanism in a slipjoint, that flex and allow it to open and close. This makes the tool want to remain either open or closed, instead of relying on friction like the other MTs I've tried. It's comfortable in the hand to use, and everything is expertly fit together with no wobbling.
This really is a cool tool, small and light and no unnecessary crap to make it heavier and thicker. I'm going to order the carbon fiber version, and keep the slightly heavier SS tool as a backup. I never expected to like this thing so much, it will easily replace my Charge Tti which I find to be unnecessarily heavy for hiking and EDC pocket duty. If all you need is a screwdriver, pliers, and a backup knife blade the Skeletool is perfect.
Here it is closed, you can see how the screwdriver is contained within the frame, and the pocket clip:

Here it is with the tool closed but with the blade open (notice the flat head bit inside of the frame):

Here is the tool opened up:
