I was wondering, when I opened up my old sheath to transfer my leatherman into my newed not broken one, it struck me, can the leatherman surge nylon sheath hold BOTH bit kits and the tool with out damage to the horizontal carry? Is it possible? or does it look like I'm stuck lugging the extra sheath for the bit kits around? Theres gotta be a better way to carry these bit kits!

I had the same problem as you with the bit kit. Finally, I just took a good long look at what i actually NEED to carry with me all the time. I was able to pick and choose to get one sleeve of bits that would do 90% of what I needed done. If there is a good way to pack both sleeves I haven't heard it.
