I was looking online today, and am thinking about getting the Tool bit kit for my Wave. I was wondering what you thought about it? I am always in need of different bits, but I am curious as to how the quality of these really are? I noticed that there is a pocket in the factory sheath, which I would carry if i buy them, for the tool kit. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Jason

i use mine ever so often, they have seen some wear and are holding up well. i like having all those bits when i need them i keep them in a factory sheath as well barely notice them their. but it is a surge sheath w/ a charge xti riding in it, so i guess there is extra room. either way i reccomend the bits for versitility and size as well as resistance to wear and tear.

I love mine. My wife bought me a bit kit back when we were engaged several years ago. I have used it extensively. Basically, I took all the bits that I use the most and put them into one of the sleeves and gave the other sets to my friend who has a LM Wave. Every time I pack my Surge in its factory sheath I pack the bits, a small light, and saw/file.

I carry my skeletool most days now instead of the clunky Surge. However, the bit kit stays at the office within a moment's reach. If i'm traveling, the kit gets thrown into my bag...just in case. I can't tell you how many times a star bit or allen bit has saved the day:thumbup:

I agree with the previous folks. I got mine and the extender for my Wave and it has come in handy several times.
