Leatherman Warranty Question

I recently got a Leatherman Charge Ti used and then ended up breaking the screwdriver on it a few weeks later while trying to break loose a screw that hadn't been unscrewed in a number of years

Will Leatherman cover this under warranty since I am the second Owner?

i actually use the tool a decent amount (or did, it is at home right now, i am away at school, i need to bring it with me next time though)

If anyone knows, i would definitely appreciate it
 
Leatherman has great CS, I wouldn't be surprised to see them take care of you even if they didn't usually cover it. You never know, though, so like N1xio said, call them up!
