Leatherman Wave blade retention?

I have a Swisstool Spirit and the blades and other tools have very strong closed retention and will not come out until you want it too. I was thinking about getting a Wave as well and I would just throw it in my bag. Is there a chance of the blades coming open from jostling around? I had a Leatherman Skeletool and I did not like how easily the blade opened.

I just checked mine and the retention is pretty good. I'm not sure how it would do loose in a bag though. When I carry mine in a bag, I keep it in it's pouch.

The blade on my Skeletool was a little like yours. I just gave it a quick tighten and it was fine.

I've handled about 4 Waves and all the blades were fine.

None of my Waves/Charges/Skeletools have opened up on me but keeping it in its sheath would probably be the best bet.

The blades are kept closed by a ball and detent.

When the pliers are open, a bar also prevents the blades from opening.

I've carried my wave daily for just over a year now and i've never had a blade open on me. it actually take a little bit of force for it to start opening. the only way I see it happening if its riding around in a bag and something snags the one of the thumb holes.
