That's a smokin deal. You probably got it for about half the market price (new or like new ofcourse). I doubt it'll replace your Juice S2 for daily carry, unless your daily activities require a multitool. It's still worth having, as your tool box will start collecting some dust around the house.
That is a really good deal. I have carried folders with pocket clips for 20 years, and occasionally I've also carried a Leatherman PST or something similar. Recently I decided to buy some new tools and I had the thought that I could carry a Juice along with my normal folder, or I could even try carrying my Leatherman Charge with its pocket clip instead of my folder. Carrying the Charge has worked OK but more often I've carried it in my pocket and also carried my normal folder.
