I posted this over on the Sheaths and Leatherwork forum , but thought I'd put it here as well.

Thanks for the responses and compliments .
I gave it to my father in law yesterday and I think he liked it . He is a man of few words :)

+1 That's truly gorgeous...and I'm not even a sheath guy! I'm guessing this isn't your first time making a sheath?

Thank you for your kind words.
I have been making sheaths since November , and try to make one every couple of weeks .
I really enjoy it and I do it for fun and relaxation .
I've had a number of inquiries about them and I just want to say , " Sorry , but I don't sell my sheaths , I give them to friends and relations ".
Thank you to all those who have inquired , I take it as a huge compliment that others think they are good enough , that they would want one .

It's been years since I've made any of my own holsters. I can you really too some pride in that. Very nice edge burnishing.

Here is a Skeletool sheath I gave to a friend recently ,it's of a similar design with the rolled opening etc but this one has a skived on one piece belt loop instead of the two piece type of the Wave sheath it looks a bit dirty in the photo because he's had it for awhile now and worn it every day and the welt edge has lost some of its shine from when I gave it to him
