Leatherman wave

Quick question. On amazon there are two leatherman waves. One has the model number #830039 and is $90. The other one has the model number 830040 and is $60. What is the difference here?

Only difference is the Sheath. I prefer the Nylon sheath.

Not a fan of either sheath offered for the Wave. Buy the one that's cheaper and find a sheath you like better.
