Leathershaw or Kerman - a collaboration I'd like to see

If a Leatherman and a Kershaw had a baby, I'd probably adopt one.

Letherman DNA
- Pliers
- Maybe a couple of screwdriver blades (if it didn't add to much weight/bulk)

Good stuff from the Kershaw DNA
- an easy to deploy blade
- better steel

I'd love to see something like a Leatherman Freestyle with a Kershaw thumbstud blade (speedsafe would probably be too much to ask).

My EDC set up would benefit for a decent set of pliers with a decent, easy to use blade:

Interesting idea, but why build a collaboration when Leatherman makes excellent multi-tools and Kerhsaw makes excellent folding knives, just buy from two great companies not just one excellent one.
