yes this is rawstyle too but a cheaper way of mounting, i is much easier to stitch the seem than to mount it with leather plugs. In this case other considerations played a part, it has to be possible to wear it opside down on the breast, the strap to fasten it must have the possibility to close over both sides of the handle and to open very easy and it had to be possible to wear it left and right sided. The concept is made to easely place a firesteel o.s. on the harness (not on this one btw but its easy to realize).
Were possible i try to use only leather and if necessary dark brass for a natural look and synthetic sinew because that is the best you can get.
So that is a bit the idea..
