leaving feedback

Please pardon my ignorance but how do I leave feedback for the fine folks I purchase blades from on this forum?? I have had nothing but great experiences here and have never been able to leave feedback for any of them. Sorry to all those in the past. You have all been marvelous and would all get an A+ rating from me. Thanks, Wheel.
 
Go to their public profile, then click on their feedback, then click on view all feedback for the member.
You will see above their detailed feedback rating, 'Summit feedback' click that then fill it in, and you need to go to the deal thread, copy and paste the link for the 'deal thread' blank and after you get it all done, just summit it.
 
I've had a similar problem but in the fact that it was a sale with a forum member but he didnt post a thread in the FS section so could not submit the feedback...is this to stop unethical bumping of trader rating or something?

You mean he didn't post in your for sale thread? I'm not sure what you are saying. There obviously had to be a thread to sale something and that's all that is required. You just need the link to it to leave feedback. The buyer doesn't need to post in it, without a thread no you can't leave feedback, or offer for sell items in the first place.
 
I post iTrader feedback but also leave a thread in the FEEDBACK forum, for people who prefer to search that. If for whatever reason, you can't access iTrader, go to FEEDBACK/GBU.

no i posted in a thread about a specific item, he contacted me via my email that he had the knife that the thread was about...I left a thread in the good the bad and the ugly so that should be enough, but threads get buried quick.

I just like to leave as much grace on a good trader as possible.

Sellers here are required to have a Gold or higher membership, and post threads in the appropriate area. If registered users, or basic members are selling through PM or email, they are breaking the rules, and are subject to infractions up to, and including, a permanent ban from this site.

If any such activity is occuring here, we expect it to be reported. it isn't fair to the people who pay for the priveledge to sell legitimately.
