Within a few hours i'll be officially on vacation :)
Im a guide/leader/whatever of a group of scouts(14-18yrs).
In honour/celebration of 100 years scouting in the netherlands there is a jubilee camp. The enitire camp is 10 days but i couldn't get the last 4 days off.... Shiftwork, School holiday, 11 colleague's with school going children etc so i have to make due with a week.
There are going to be around 12000 scouts from the age 8 to 18, and some are from foreign groups. Everything is taking care of(food/activities/etc). This completely different than what i'm used to.
Normaly we'd go on camp with just our own group
Its gonna be a completely new experience. I hope to meet some interesting people, as i'm not one for large amounts of people.

For those interested here is some info;

(oh and off-course i'm packing some knives :)).
With me are the RTAK-2, RC-4, Izula, BRKT Bravo-1, SOG Powerlock Multi-tool and my old buck 110.

See you guys/galls in a week, i have a camera with m,e so expect pics :)

I hope you have a great time and enjoy your time off!!!
I will be anxiously awaiting pics!!!
Teach them young ones some knife safety and how to properly beat a knife!!!!

Have a great time.
Look forward to the photos.
Jubjam100 is going to be next to the river Maas, near the city Roermond.
All sorts of fun and games on land and water then!

Looks like fun!

I'll be heading along the Maas myself at the end of August, starting in Maastricht and then making my way to the Hoge Veluwe national park near Arnhem.

Hope you have a good time and that the weather stays fine!
