Led Lenser F1R Brief Review

I just got a Led Lenser F1R. Might have been on a closeout because it was only $19.99 direct from Led Lenser.

Came with the flashlight itself, a rechargeable battery and charging station, as well as a lanyard, a clip, and a second "glassbreaker" type front ring.

It seems very well made. The bright is very bright. It is not a focusable lens at least as far as I can tell, but it looks good. It has 3 levels I think high is like 500 lumens then a medium and a low (which is really low). I think the medium is most useful for general walking around. I haven't tested to see how long it lasts on high , but supposedly not very long.

I like the fact that it is a simple tail click and the clicky also adjusts the light intensity. I have other lights that you screw\unscrew the front to turn on and to adjust intensity. I just prefer the tail clicker. Its a bit heavy for carrying in a pocket all the time at least with dress type pants but it certainly isn't big and bulky.
