Leek Edge Angle

I was just curious as to what the angle of degree is on the edge of the Leek 1660 CB? I have a Lansky kit, and will eventually need to sharpen the knife, and I want to make sure that when I do I can get it back to that hair shaving sharpness. I like scary sharp.

I use 20 deg on my leeks (and other stuff) w/ my Lansky.

I use the 40 degree setup on my sharpmaker, and the edge comes out just fine - it comes out nice enough that I haven't needed/wanted to experiment yet with the 30.

You like scary sharp eh? Take it down to about 12 per side.
That should scare ya.

I took my Leek CB to 15 per and like it a lot. Perhaps one day i'll drop it down to 12, man it must be nuts
