Leek is making nutso....

I have a plain jane PE leek that is driving my a bit nuts. No matter what I do the blade will not lock into place when I flip it open. Loosening or tightening the pivot screw has no effect either way. I thought I'd ask if anyone else has had this problem before I send it in for repair. I'd rather do it myself if it's an easy fix. None of my other Leeks have had this problem.

Sounds like your torsion spring is bad. Ive had it happen to one of my meny Leeks, Kershaw will send you a new spring free of charge. They are easy to replace.
