leek liner/frame lock swap?

i am getting ready to pull the trigger on a G10 lee in S30v and i was wondering if it would be possible for me to take the framelock off of one of my other leeks and replace the linerlock on the g10 with the framelock.

seems like they should be compatible

anyone done this?

I think it's gonna work. Try it, and let us know the result

It works. Keep the shorter framelock screws with the frame lock piece and the longer G10/liner screws with that side. It makes the handle noticably thinner.
