Hello everybody!

I call it “Left Hand Dagger”. Yet, I understand that it’s rather a mix of left hand dagger and cutlass. It’s a relatively big one, overall length 16".
This was my first experience making a fluted handle. It's a very time consuming process to say the least.

Blade:
Turkish twist damascus from the Zladinox company (Russia, zladinox.ru)
Dimensions: 11" x 11/16" x 3/16"

Handle:
Mammoth ivory
Fine silver
Sterling silver
14K gold
Natural opals, garnets and London blue topaz

Stand:
Black marble
Mammoth ivory
Sterling silver
London blue topaz

Any comments/critique/suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Thanks for looking

Vladimir, this dagger is absolutely stunning! The fluted Mammoth ivory, gems and adornments which you've so finely crafted truly set this creation apart! WOW!!

Beautiful.
From reading the text prior to seeing the photo, I thought the blade would be different (I latched onto the 'cutlass' part), but the blade is very slender and elegant.
'Main gauche' daggers could/can have much bigger guards or baskets enveloping the hand of the fencer, but I do see a hint of the cutlass in the lines of the guard.
