On the advice of one Charles Campagna and in response to enthusiastic emails I've already received from members, I think it's time to start the left-handed Charlow support group.

Most of you won't understand, but, for at least 10% of us, a left-handed Charlow is the kind of edged perfection we will only ever meet in our dreams. Until... soon?

Just imagine, my fellow lefties, pulling your Charlow out and opening it - without it ever leaving your left hand!! Might not sound like much to most of you, the world is designed for you after all, but for us it would be the highlight of a lifetime of pocket knives. Something to keep us pushing forward in this backwards world.

I can see it now. Resting in my left hand with the single blade's long-pull actually facing me for the first time - ever. Then opening it to reveal the etch for the first time - ever. And the etch? "Southpaw" of course, in that glorious old-timey script we've all grown so fond of.

Let's prove to His-Barlowness that this should, nay, must happen.

Seriously, he can't do it if the numbers don't add up so speak now or forever hold your... Just speak up!!!

Hi, my name is John, and I'm a southaholic. Although, being Canadian, I'm apologetic about it and don't want to make a fuss...

Well I'm American, and it's the world's fault it's been doing everything the wrong way this whole time!!!

And if we had to pick only one configuration, I think we could all agree on this one - I don't really care what it is as long as it's sawcut. And don't worry, no charlow was harmed in the making of this {crude} rendering.

IN!

If folks would like to see a left handed Charlow, contact Charlie directly. This forum is for the discussion of the knives, not for soliciting members to lobby for a particular SFO. Please, keep the commercialism out of this forum. To that end this thread is being closed.
