Left-handed Emerson

I've been in the market for a mini cqc7 for a while now, and am real close to just going ahead and buying one. The only thing holding me back is the inability to carry left handed. My question I guess is, can a guy get it drilled and tapped for a left side clip or is it smarter to get right through Emerson? The other option I've been tossing around is a karambit, but obviously they're few and far between.

Anyways, thanks for any advice.
 
I saw that on there too. I imagine its just as cheap to to have them do it as it is to have someone else try.
 
i have a cqc-15 that i picked up from Emerson and had him drill it for left-hand carry. i still intend to get a left-hand cqc-7.
