Left-Handed Scabbard?

Been trying to jump on one of these "blemished" Villager Gangas for a couple of days now.
Got to be faster, I guess.
Might have to take a few days of work and sit at home clicking refresh every 3 seconds...

If I ever manage to get one I'd want a left-handed scabbard for it.
Is this a possibility, do they even make LH ones?
If so would I have to purchase new from the site?

Any help's appreciated.

I don't know about buying one, but you could strip one down and rewrap it left handed, then make a left handed frog, and a leather chape, and be good or better than new. Its a little more challenging job if you want to keep the accessory knives in there, but not preventatively more I'd think.
 
Works well enough. The seam is on the wrong side and so are the karda/chakma but they're not in the way and the seam is cosmetic. Good enough for me but I also walk out of the house with "mad scientist hair" so take my advice with a grain of salt.

I agree on the flip the frog idea from SilverfoxKnows! Got the same advise, tried it and it worked great. I kinda like the look of the seam on mine showing!

Glad that worked for you. I forget who told me to try that but in three or four years I haven't had a problem with the flipped frog.

You know, the pictures I've seen of Ghorka soldiers wearing their khukuries show them riding on the back of their left hip. Somewhere I read that they'd carry them there to be out of the way, but would draw with the left hand and pass it to their right when needed.

Lefty that I am, I simply wear my khuk in the same way, draw with the left hand, and don't bother to switch. Works just fine. It's not a quick draw, but I've found it to be perfectly functional.

I need a left hand kukri! All mine were made for right-handed folks. I think I'll have to pay extra for that... :D
