9 1/4 inch 11 ounce Kerambit by Lachu. Horn handle. Cute one for $100.

I can't believe it's still available. Rare and once the hottest item on many HI wish lists. I have two already, otherwise..... Plus, it's $40.00 off the usual DOTD price.

EMS sent. Haven't had one in hand since I got one of the examples with Elk Antler early on.

Looking forward to seeing how they are now.

I really like mine. It of course works well as a Kerambit but because of the handle and shape or something it can fill many roles of a conventional knife, unlike many kerambits. You can choke up on it and whittle with it easily.

Real handy thing. This is another one I'd love to see shrunk about 2 inches. It's right borderline too big to daily carry easy now, a couple hot washes and spin cycles and lose 2 inches and it would be real comfy and still practical IMHO.

Kerambit arrived this evening. Beautiful as I remember. Perfect size for my hand.

Just like everything but my few users, an application of Renn wax to the steel, let it dry. Then a good slather of lanolin to the horn and a wrap with Saran Wrap to keep in place for long term storage.

I have some that have been waxed and wrapped for more than 10yrs. Works perfect.

Great score Roger, especially for the price. They are wonderful little tools way more functional than most believe. Bawanna has, far more experience than I with them and seems to concur. You can take his analyses to the bank. Others here with more knowledge than I seem to agree as well. Congratulations, I'm glad it found both a great and appreciative home.

I'm interested in any Kerambit stories! I have to develop a burning desire ;)
