Hello everyone, this is my first post. I am looking for some good left vs right handed knife loops. I have a few right vs right box sets but the body mechanics are different for left vs right movements. Can anyone send me some info on this subject, where to find a video clip of whatnot? Thanks V

Hmmm..
Thanks for that info... A box set is a series of knife (or stick) ttacks and defenses organized in a short pattern. They promote certain qualities you want when you do flow or freesyle drills. I have yet to see one for a righty vs a lefty.... some vitals change when people have different dominant hands. V
