Just wondering what knife most southpaws prefer to carry because of its co-operation with the left hand variety of knife owners

Great question. I've been wondering the same thing. The only true lefty knife I own is the Kershaw Mini-Task lefty. I really like it, but need something a little bigger. I was thinking BM makes a lot of good lefty knives, not to mention the Axis locks.
Then again, I'd really like to go custom. Like one maker told me, "I don't have any left handed models with me, but give me a call and I can put one together for you...that's why they call it custom."

What do you guys carry?

I learned a long time ago to use a knife right handed that way I'm not always hasseled
with knives. I carry a Terzoula folder. I also shoot right handed for the same reason.

Hrm...for left handed..i have a really knife bm afck...but spyderco also make knives that can be easily used for both...all that i've used anyway....and most folders i've recieved that have a reversable thumbstud work well when switched...a knife doesn't really need to be made into a left handed knife for moi...they work just great how they are...but of course, its always nice to have one made that way

just a tip for your subject...to make it easier...you can just put 'LH' for a left handed subject...instead of getting all these guys in here shouting for knifeforums...we don't need a left handed forum...these forums work well for both...there's enuf room for both us
