For any of you that are LH users, could you enlighten me on how easy it is to open a double-thumblug RH version vs the LH single stud model.
Guess I'm tired of looking at less models(LH) to pick from all of the time and if a rightie w/dbl-lugs will open just as easy, maybe thats the route to go.

I currently have two RH reg sebbies with single stud(naturally on the wrong side for me)

I am RH but and I have a double stud version, perfect to pull out my sebbie with my left hand

I have a lefty Seb' with Mayo workover including double thumb studs. I am right handed but can work this one just fine.

I thought of getting a double thumbstud RH version as well, but decided against it as it would be awkward in the left pocket (tip up with the blade forward = cut when extracting).

At some point, I am sending in my small Sebbie for dual thumb studs. I am ambidextrous, and it is important to me to have dual thumbstuds.

I'm a lefty and I prefer the LH models. If you are patient you can get the model you want in a left hand version. Check Neil at True North Knives, he has a good selection of LH folders. Life is too short to compromise. I also find the double thumblugs tear up the pants pretty good.

Being ambidextrous you should carry a right handed knife in the right pocket AND a left handed one if the left pocket. Or the other way arround, if you prefer to cross draw. :D ;)
