Lefty Commander

I have wanted a lefty commander know for about a year. I have been watching the For Sale forums for that time and they never become available. I did a search on lefty commanders and found out that up to Nov 2000 they were only available through the Emerson Company. My question is that still the case or are they available through brick and mortar or Internet sales. About six months ago Botach showed them on their web site and when I called to ask them about them they removed them shortly afterward. Any help from the group would be appreciated.

You could always buy a emerson and mac it out with new handles and have it converted to left hand carry through banditknives.com

Got my son one from EKI about a year ago. Perfection as one would expect. Doing business w/ EKI is as good as it gets. For sure the way to travel.

To the best of my knowledge, the lefty models are only available from EKI direct.

I've been looking for a Lefty Commander also and it seems that EKI is the best and most reliable source. The (rare) ones that I have seen for sale have been really expensive $$$$$.

I purchased one about two months ago. At that time they were only available from the manufacturer. A difficult pill to swallow, when a right handed one can be had on the internet for $60 - 80 cheaper, but still one of the best investments I made last year.

Sounds like it is time for me to buck-up and get one from EKI. Maybe they will have some at the Shot-Show for sale (Wishfull Thinking).
