Lefty Lochsa

No this one is my one and only.:p As far as I know He has only made two Lochsa left hand folders or possibly one more. He posted a left hand model with very nice damascus for about $725. It was snapped up in 30 minutes.Sigh. I wished I had seen it sooner.:(

He's making more lefties. I'll be getting mine sometime in Feb hopefully :D

EDIT: Scott, how does this knife compare to your Mayo?

Well that's hard to say Dylan. I like the Lochsa because it's like an upscale large Sebenza. I also prefer tip up carry and S30V blade. The clip and thumbstud are better thought out and more utilitarian that on my TNT's. Both have very smooth action. The Lochsa has a more contoured handle and the spine of the blade is rounded like the Sebenzas. The Lochsa has more contact area on the locking bar, not as precise as on the Mayo but lockup on the Lochsa is bank vault solid. Blade on the Lochsa is the sharpest I have seen, comparable to Dozier. Overall I would rate the Lochsa higher because of tip up carry, sharp S30V blade, canted thumbstud, clip that works like the Sebenza and the fileworking for the thumb serrations. I think the one piece titanium frame is cleverly done and relatively unique. Scott's bead blasting is similar to the Sebenza and will show marks easier that the TNT. Except for using as a swimming knife, I give the nod to the Lochsa. Great knife at a bargain price, I can see the Lochsa being as popular a sthe TNT. But I really like Tom, he's a great guy that makes great knives.:) :D   ;) :p

I think you will be very pleased with your Lochsa, I am.

I also have a Lochsa. This knife is also the sharpest I have. I really like the contoured handles as well. I can't wait to get more!!
