Does anyone, and I mean ANYONE have or know where I can get my hands on a left handed Praetorian T? I spoke to Amy for a bit over email and she said they did a sprint run of left handed praetorians but don't run them anymore as of yet.
Being said, she told me just reach out any place I could to see if anyone would like to part with theirs or know of any place that somehow has one in stock.

They are exceedingly rare and the kind of thing that people don’t tend to part with. I’ve only ever seen a picture of one and I’ve never seen one for sale on the Green Forum in the last 7 years I’ve been there.

This is what I’m coming to find out. Ive searched for much longer than I’m proud to admit and it’s getting annoying now lol. Honestly I haven’t felt or seen anything that screams overbuilt like a Medford aside from a couple from DSK and even then I can’t get a lefty (that I’ve seen). If there’s any alternatives for that “tank” feel I’m open but like a lot of people it’s hard to scratch that itch when you have your mind set on a Medford..
 
Strider did a lefty run a few years back, but those are even harder to find than Medford leftys.
Kizer makes a lefty Sheepdog and Megatherium.
Emerson makes a lefty Commander.

You might be better off looking at ambidextrous knives.
Your best bet is probably Demko Knives (AD-10, 15 & 20). They are built like tanks. You can also get less expensive, but still high quality versions of the 10 and 15 by Cold Steel
Speaking of Cold Steel. They have a slew of other models that may fit your needs.
Benchmade Adamas

There are quite a few of older design ZTs available. Be aware though, they are not true leftys or ambi. You can just move the clip for lefty carry.

Not much else out there without getting into the custom world.
