How rare is the lefty Comander? I've heard of them but have never seen one. Are there any other Emersons made for southpaws?

Most of the production models are available in left handed models. They can be purchased directly from EKI.
Left handed customs are rare birds indeed. I know of one other lefty CQC6 (Specwar 2001,pictured below) and I believe there is one other (featured on the back of the first "Usual Suspect" shirt).

I have a lefty Commander, I also have on order a leftie CQC-6, and another leftie commander from the C/P shop
